I don’t make music, I create intimate visions of tiny worlds, sparkling moments of joyous emptiness on your mind journey
That’s what my announcement for 2023 sounds like. Bit by bit I’m working on an overall concept for future blu12 live performances. One part of this is the visual component.
Many special places along the coasts of this world have inspired the cosmos of blu12 and are the origin of texts, music and photographs. It is always about capturing moments and giving them a sound, a vibration that is transmitted to the audience. While in the book „Tiny Worlds“ both photographs and texts and the element of the artist appear separately, they are now united. Different photographs of the same or different places create a new, very own place.
a glimpse of your very own future
It is no longer about a very specific place that was captured at a specific point in time in the past. Rather, a new, imaginary place of the viewer’s presence is created. Due to the lyrical connection, this place may even move into the future of a viewer, who can only reach it via their very own mind journey. The element of the journey is not only that of the photo collages, but also of the accompanying music by blu12 itself.
